King Salmon Resort, Rivers Inlet

First trip to King Salmon a Success

Reports back from the first trip to King Salmon Resort in Rivers Inlet indicate it's going to be a great year. Chris Breman of Prairie Village, Kansas nabbed a nice 47 lb. Chinook at the head off Kilbella Point. This was his first time saltwater salmon fishing and after a quick orientation on boat operation and fishing techniques, began catching Coho and Pinks at the mouth. On the second day, he and his fishing partner Mireille headed towards the head after dinner and shortly caught the monster. All guests returned home with salmon, with the new boats at King Salmon, were able to fish all over the Inlet. Congratulations Chris!
