Trip #7 is drawing to an end at King Salmon Resort. The top Chinook was a 52 pounder caught by Fred Horsley. Congratulations!
Andy Dammon set a new halibut season record with a 95 pounder caught just minutes from the resort. Top Coho was 16 pounds, caught by long time guest Art Hayes.
Chinook caught have been generally large, but we're still waiting for the rains that will send the fish up the rivers and increase their numbers. In the meantime, patience can be rewarded, as Andy will undoubtedly confirm.
